Car Alarms: Car alarm + Starter Q, replacement transmitters, replacement remotes

I have Honda accord 2005
car came with Remote Starter + Alarm Commander 7000 Plus.
Who makes this "Commander" not much on line
and if know where can I get a remote for it?

Commander is out of business I believe.
