Car Alarms: code alarm ca4050 with bypass pkh 34, resident technicians, alarmtek

I installed the ca4050 remote starter with bypass pkh34 on Honda pilot 2010, i think i started  it many times in a short period of time, now it does not wont to start with the bypass installed,if i remove the bypass with the key in the ignition it start with no problems,but when connecting the bypass it just crank and the green key light just flashes.I read that the pcm needs to reboot after many starts.any suggestion to what to do. Thank you very much for the help.
