Car Alarms: remote start fob, resident technicians, alarmtek

I have 2 fobs for a remote starter.On the fob all it says is fccid:elvatoe    prooe4bs
I had to change the batteries in them and now the led just stays lit.Does it need programming or do you know what dealers would take care of this?
