Car Alarms: keyless alarm systems., dodge ram 1500, ford contour

My sister has an '98 ford contour. We are trying to get a replacement fob for her for christmas. We have the fob number. The FCC ID is H50t06. By process of elimination I have determined it is a marksman fob. I have found a website that sells this fob. I was wondering how to program it if we decide to buy this fob.

Also I have a coolstart remote start fob and I was wondering the same thing. I need a replacement for it and was wondering how to program it because it is for sale on the same site as the other one. this is on a '05 dodge ram 1500.
Any help would be appreciated greatly!!!
