Car Alarms: disarm alarm, keyless entry systems, dodge neon

Question
I have an alarm system (AutoMate) that was already installed on a 1998 Dodge neon. After leaving the interior light on, I had to jump start the car, now the alarm has activated a 'kill switch' and there is NO power. How do I disarm / deactivate the alarm without completely removing the system? Transmitter information:
FCC ID: EZSDE1476  RPN 476A 2**CODES.
