Car Alarms: Cobra alarm door lock, cobra alarm, 12 volt

I have a cobra alarm in my Ford Focus mk1. It has been working fine since yesterday. When i lock my car alarm is going on but central lock no. Doors are still open. When i lock doors from key i can open them from the pilot but as i said before i cant lock them.
