Car Alarms: HOW TO DISABLE A FACTORY 1990 CADILLAC BROUGHAM ALARM, 1990 cadillac brougham, cadillac brougham

I have a 1990 Cadillac brougham D'elegance.  The factory alarm is acting up and holding me hostage. Normally i put the key in the door to deactivate it . Recently it goes off and i have to goto the passenger side door to deactivate it. More recently, neither door will shut off the alarm. I have had to disable all 4 factory horns that comes with the car so my neighbors dont kill me. the lights flash on and off and i cant start the car till I undue the terminals on the battery. Its a real pain in the butt and i could use some advice on how to diable it.

Common problem.

The VATS system sensor in the ignition is
probably bad, or going that way.

You will need 1 relay/resistor and the PLJX bypass kit
to get this fixed so it won't happen again.
