Car Alarms: suburu alarm, open doors, search bar

My remote fob (to open doors) quit working so I bought a new battery.  That still didn't work, so I bought another battery.  It still doesn't work.  Any ideas?  The car is a 2001 Suburu outback.

type in the manufacturer of the alarm.
