Car Alarms: How do I use my Pursuit Series PRO-OE4BS to work, remote starter, trunk release

Question
I just bought a car that came with two Pursuit PRO-OE4BS remote. I can only get the remote starter to work but after the car starts, if I enter and depress the brake, the car will turn off. Also I can't get the door unlock and lock button to work, also the trunk release dont open the trunk. What should I do, I have searched online but no solution.  Please help.
