i have a pass time elite 1 lo jack on my 2000 mustang. my defualt code is not working and the company tech is taking me throught the loop to disengage it or reset it. can u help?

email me with who is authorizing the work, and
then I would need to verify the info you present to
me with PASTIME to be able to assist.
