Car Alarms: 2000 mirage alarm, 2000 mitsubishi mirage, mitsubishi mirage

My battery on my a 2000 Mitsubishi mirage keeps dieing.I have changed the alternator. Battery good but keeps being drained.I cut the alarm horn years ago. Is it possible that now 4 years later the alarm is draining the battery? and if so how do i unistall the aftermarket alarm?
