Car Alarms: hawk ha260rs wiring, car alarm installation, alarmtek

i have followed wiring diagram to best i can only want this as shock sensor alarm but cant get it to power by the remote have used white wire and two brown wires plus siren wires all led and sensor plugged in what else can i do
