Car Alarms: lexus sc400 diconect the alarm, lexus sc400, car alarm

on my 92 lexus sc400 just past 2 days every time the car alarm keeps turning on and every time it turns on the car alarm seems to be killing the battery.  i am assuming that the alarm is causing the battery to die.  can someone help me
