Car Alarms: Command Start CS1700 problems, gmail, designtech

Hi There. I have a 92 F150 with a command start cs1700.  The truck automatically starts when it's 20 below. it'll run for 30-40 min a night in the winter.  I'd like to turn this off. I tried the toggle switch under the dash, but all it does is turn the command start on or off. Any advise?
