Car Alarms: 2002 Elantra Alarm, switch button, alarm sounds

Question
When we bought the car the dealer had one key w/ keyless entry and one w/out.  When we unlock the car w/out the pad the alarm sounds and car won't start.  How do I turn off the alarm when my wife has the key with keybob.  Dealer explained it once, but I forgot how to do it.

Answer
Should be:

KEY IN AND IN THE ON POSITION JUST BEFORE CRANKING,
PRESS AND HOLD IN VALET SWITCH/BUTTON UNTIL YOU
GET A CHIRP FROM THE SIREN, AND MAYBE A FLASH OF THE LIGHTS.
KEY OFF.

This procedure would let you toggle into and out of
overrind on most alarms.
