Car Alarms: Uninstalling Car alarm, chevy blazer, car alarm

I would like instructions on how to uninstall my car alarm that currently isn't working. It seems to go off when ever it wants too so i have the fuse out but recently i had trouble starting my chevy blazer it starts! but now everything blinks an the horn did go off but since it was so loud an i had no control over it I took that fuse out as well.. I imagine the lights goin off everytime i enter my vehicle will drain out my battery sooner then later. Please help me!

If factory, you can not uninstall it.
You would need to  disable it. That is dependent
on the year, and IF it has a factory system.
