Car Alarms: CAR ALARM HELLLP!!!, car wont start, stupid boy

WELL RECENTLY MY FRIEND WAS TRYING TO GET A STEREO INSTALLED INTO HER CAR BUT THE STUPID BOY THAT SHE FOUND TO DO IT DIDNT NOE WAT HE WAS DOING N HE MESSED IT ALL UP NOW THE CAR WONT START AND THE ALARM GOES OFF SO I NEED HELP TO RESET THE ALARM PS SHE NEVER KNEW THE CAR HAD AN ALARM IN THE FIRST PLACE N THERES NO REMOTE FOR IT PLZ HELP!!
