Car Alarms: Prestige Alarm, prestige alarm, prestige products

Question
Hi. I just purchased a 2000 Altima w/ an aftermarket Prestige Alarm/Remote start system. My local retailers don't carry the remote that I have, but they carry other Prestige products. Will they work?
And also, I'm sure that there is a factory alarm on my car, but the car did not come with a factory remote. If I took my car to Nissan, would they be able to program me a factory remote?

Sorry you feel that way, but I did clearly state on the front
of the site that I don't do programming or offer anything
on that issue here. Was pretty clear.
Did not mean to be rude, but when folks do not read
the info posted, I have a canned response to answer
that inquiry. I will tone it down so no one
is offended.
