Car Alarms: prestige aps2k4, biuck, resident technicians

i have the aps2k4 prestige remote start on my 1993 biuck lasabre.my remote was not working the alarm so disconnect it,but when try to repeat the steps to reactive it's not working.please let me know whats going wrong
