Car Alarms: car wont open, cobra alarm, resident technicians

My car wont open electronically or via the key fob,  its fitted with a cobra alarm system and simply nothing happens when i attempt to open the door so i cant even get in the car to check fuses etc,,,, tha car is a Range Rover on a 95 plate can any one help ?
