Car Alarms: alpine 8028 alarm, car alarm systems, programming issues

i have an alpine 8028 alarm in my car, about a year ago i lost my key fob, i just purchased a used one off ebay and wondering how i find out about getting it programed to work with my alarm?  Thanks.
