Car Alarms: Replacement remote, joe cassidy, toyota rav4

I just purchased a used 2000 Toyota RAV4 from a used car lot. In looking thru the papers in the glove box there was a blue card showing a TDS remote and a Dealer information on this car showing VII))))security system. The person I bought the car from only had an ignition key no remote. How can I get a replacement remote.
