Car Alarms: toyota sienna, motorola hf850, handsfree kit

Trying to install the motorola hf850 handsfree kit in the van.  I received your wiring diagram, but I am still not certain which wires I should check to be "an ignition switched location in the fusebox. When the ignition is off the ignition sense line is low".  This is how it is referenced in the installation manual. Thank you.

We do not go to fuse boxes for power. Go to the key
switch under the dash.

Switch is the wire the shows 12 volts when the key is turned on,
and through to stay on while ignition is running, and the
constant 12 volts will show 12 volts all the time.

Battery  WHITE/RED OR WHITE/BLUE  (+)  IGNITION SWITCH HARNESS  
Ignition 1  BLACK  (+)  IGNITION SWITCH HARNESS
