Car Alarms: Audiovox Prestige Pursuit Pro alarm, replacement remotes, joe cassidy

I have a couple of questions. 1) How do you program additional remote fob's?  2) There are two switches in my kick panel one is a push button type and the other is a on/off toggle, any clue as to why I would have two?  3) My alarm chirps three times for no reason, it can happen when the car is left alone for 5 minutes to hours, it'll just chirp?  My truck is a 2005 Ford Excursion, 6.0 diesel and it is setup to auto-start.  Any idea on where I might be able to get a manual for this?  It's driving me crazy.  Thanks in advance for your help, D
