Car Alarms: Karr Alarm, karr alarm system, minor accident

I own a 2005 Mustang that came installed with a Karr alarm system.  I received no manual or any sort of instructions on this system at all.  I was recently involved in a minor accident and now the alarm is acting up.  The blinking light doesn't blink anymore, it will either just stay off or constantly on.  How do I get it to work normally again?
