Car Alarms: 2003 toyota camry car alarm, shock vibration, toyota camry

My car alarm goes off automatically almost every hour, could you tell me what is wrong, and what i could do to disarm it?

It's either reading an open circuit (door trigger wire likely)
or, there is a sensor, shock/vibration perhaps, set too
high. Either way, take it to a local
car alarm shop for evaluation and repair or it's
very likely to stay this way.
