Car Alarms: clifford alarm concept 650, vauxhal astra, clifford alarm

Question
I have a clifford alarm installed on my vauxhal astra, and none of the keypads will work. I cannot arm my alarm or lock it.
I can still disarm the immobilisor with the ignition code. Ive changed the btterries in the keypad and checked all the fuses, but nothing has worked.
What else could it be?
