Car Alarms: 2006 Civic Alarm Horn, alarmtek, honk

Question
I can't turn off the honk when i arm the alarm and when i disarm it, it honks twice.  Its pretty aloud when coming home late at night.   

WHAT DO I DO??

Please be more descriptive if possible.

Is it: Headlights flashing,
Or,
is it: flashing parking lights?

Let me know more on this to better
advise you on a course of action
to take.
