QuestionHi there - I am clueless about cars, but have a boyfriend who is very knowledgeable but stumped on this problem. I found your site during a google search of car alarm experts and wanted to cry - at last! I have a 2000 Pontiac Grand Prix. The key code is not being remembered by ignition security module. Not sure if it is the ring around the ignition cylinder or is it the security module itself? (he told me to say that) I have to go through the security re-coding process each time the car won't start as somehow the re-coding is not being remembered. Funny thing is, I never know when it's not going to start - problem is intermittent. Please help - What the heck do I need to do? Thanks in advance .... Chris
