Car Alarms: keyless lock unlock replacement key, joe cassidy, replacement remotes

we've bought a used 1998 subaru outback with a one button key for lock unlock, the key was in pretty bad shape when we got it, it stopped working, I changed battery but no go..can I get a replacement and how?  PS i live in Australia

Sure, no problem. For replacement remotes
and programming info, I now refer these folks to our
