Car Alarms: Platinum APS-997 Lost Transmitters, replacement transmitters, remotes

I have my car equipped with Platinum Alarm (Model APS-997)and I have lost the transmitters. Can I simply buy new tansmitters of the same model and get them reprogrammed or do I have to start from scrash installing a new system?

Should be able to aquire brand new remotes at
places like  www.keynfob.com  www.remotesunlimited.com ,
and www.keylessride.com .
These sites specialize in replacement transmitters,
and will have what you need I believe.
