Question
I got a new alarm and someone installed it but I can not open the trunk with the control of the new alarm, but I can open with the old one like always.  How I can configure the new alarm to open the trunk

Contact the installer here since you probably
1. did not get it installed the first time, and
2. Have no idea what wire in your alarm is supposed
to be used, or to what wire, and it's likely that
won't have the relay needed to do it with either.
