QuestionI have a 94 Ford Taurus. The remote is shot so I ordered a new one and don't know how to program it. The remote has the numbers Goh-MM6-101890 on the back. I pulled the panel and the remote module looks factory but not sure since it has lots of splices. If I can't get the remote to work, how can I disconnect the alarm so I can start the car. The only way I can start it now is disconnect the car battery and reconnect.
AnswerTHIS IS AN AUTOMATED RESPONSE TO
YOUR QUESTION ABOUT "REMOTE PROGRAMMING".
As Homer Simpson Is Fond Of Saying: DOH!
If you did not notice, there is a note on
the site you just submitted this question from
that says I do not provide remote transmitter
programming information here.
That's still true.
I just don't offer that assistance.
But never fear!
As I said,
there are those that do this service online
that sell direct to the customer.
Try a site like www.keylessride.com.
www.keynfob.com , or www.remotes4you.com
as providing replacement remote transmitters
and programming them, is what they specialize in.
Sorry about that.
Good luck with it.
