Car Alarms: Valet 474T, good answer, beeps

I have a 98 Silverado with the 474T. I recently changed the battery in the truck and since then when i lock ,unlock,and start with the remote the horn and light function does not work,you know,lock, one beep and blink,unlock,two beeps and blinks.How do I re-program these functions?

programming of your system however.
