Car Alarms: lights flashing, olds aurora, insight

i have a 2000 olds Aurora and the lights keep flashing and it makes a weird groaning noise causing the battery to go dead. could this be caused by the factory alarm or a bad relay? if its the alarm how do i shut it off?

Wrong guy here. I don't
