i have tried every combination of turning the keys and even splicing into the purple/yellow wire but nothing has worked is there anything else i can try?

Nope, you need to locate the
purple/yellow |-| in the driver kick,
at the black plug and ground it out.

Short of that, not that I know of.
Best option if this failed, is to talk to
a local install shop for assistance,
or even the service dept. at you local
Jeep dealership.
