Car Alarms: 03 tiburon, keyless entry, tiburon

Question
My battery died on the car and after i replaced it the keyless entry was not responding, i figured the battery probably needed to be changed on that as well so i replaced the remote battery and still no progress if you have any suggestions i would appreciate it.  i also tried disconnecting the battery and holding down the button while reconnecting the battery... no luck on that either.

when it powered down. I don't
