Car Alarms: 1992 3000gt theft alarm, key cylinder, alarm functions

read your previous response- this has security light on dash, flashing lights and horn going off and on. How do i disarm it

This is the factory alarm I suspect.

Normally, you would insert the key in
the drivers door, turn left, then right
to disarm and reset it. If yours is malfunctioning,
you can disable it for good by doing the following:

The FACTORY ALARM DISARM WIRE IS
lt. green |-| at the ETACS mod.
must be relay isolated from the door key cylinder
under dash. The ETACS module is located left of the
steering column close to the drivers kick.
It is flat with its edges facing up, down, front,
and back, with its two(2) plugs on the bottom edge.

Once Located, splice into this wire with
a simular guage wire, and put it to
a solid chassis ground. This terminates
the alarm functions entirely.

That should do the trick here.
