Car Alarms: Remote Starter, low profile tires, 2005 toyota corolla

I have a 2005 Toyota Corolla and I am looking to get a remote starter installed. Do I have to go to Toyota to have it installed? If not what is needed to have one installed and how much do they run? What does this involve?
I am also looking to install low profile tires but do not know where to go.
