Car Alarms: acura 3.2tl car alarm, alarmtek, other vehicles

Hello, I have a 1997 Acura 3.2tl with a factory alarm. For some strange reason the car alarm just goes off for no reason.  I have other vehicles so when I move my acura to get another vehicle out to drive a few minutes after I have parked it the alarm goes off.  I shut it off with the remote but this is getting ridiculous. I also have and issue with the all open button on the drivers side door.  It works fine but when I push it to open all doors, in order to let someone else into the car, I hear a noise coming from the passenger side door button, it opens but makes a loud clicking noise in doing so.  The same thing happens when I push the remote clicker twice to unlock all doors.  Maybe that has something to do with the alarm?

I need to determine whether it's a factory alarm
issue or, if it's an aftermarket system you are
dealing with.

Is it: Headlights flashing, car horn honking
and a worded SECURITY" light in the dash flashing?
Or,
Is it: flashing parking lights,
an LED in the dash area, and a siren
"going off"?

Let me know more on this to better
advise you on a course of action.
