Car Alarms: valet/overide button 1999 Toyota Camry, toyota camry, remote starters

I can not locate the valet overide button. Can you be more specific of where it is or does it vary with vehicles. I looked under the dash and can't find it. On the right side there is a loose wire just dangling, could that be it?

Hard to say. In most cases
it's under the dash, to the left leg/calf area,
Also, hard to say what the wire "hanging" is.

But it's up to the descretion of the installer.

Some alarms/remote starters will also have
and antenna affixted to the windshield.
The valet or "call" button would be used
the same way.
