Car Alarms: Remote Starter doesnt work, dodge ram 2500, dodge cars

I have a Python Model 1400XP remote start that worked properly in my 2005 Dodge Ram 2500 until I took it in to the dealer for some body repair. Now the remote doesn't work, I have the proper voltages in and the light works. I got an error code of (+/-) Shutdown. The installation Guide doesn't tell me how to fix it.  It acts like the Key FOB's aren't being recognized!  HELP

Ya know what? I don't install the DEI product
line so I can't speak to that. I would tell
you that in 2001+ Dodge cars & trucks in particular,
when installing a remote starter, it absolutely
must be done right.

Try www.directed.com and look up the user
manual for programming info.
