Car Alarms: engine immobilizer is not flashing, engine immobilizer, corolla

why the engine immobilizer is not flashing when i remove the key from start switch in my corolla 2006

Answer
Need to get it over the Toyota for a first
hand inspection as to what's going on.
It's a new car, and it's under warranty,
so that's my best advice right now.

Let Toyota inspect/repair they're issue here.
Let me know what they discover.
