Car Alarms: keyless on prestige aps-996a auto alarm, door locks, auto alarm

Question
when i first install the alarm the keyless will work when i arm and disarm the system , and now when i arm or dis it wont work what is the problem. i have a 2005 avalanche

HAVE THE INSTALLER DOUBLE CHECK THE
MODULE FOR THE DOOR LOCKS.
SEEMS TO BE MALFUNCTIONING.
IT'S A PRETTY COMPLEX, MULTIPLEXING DOOR
LOCK SYSTEM, SO THE INSTALLER
HAD TO PUT IN THE MODULE NEEDED TO
INTERFACE IT PROPERLY. WITHOUT IT,
MALFUNCTIONS, EVEN DAMAGE
CAN HAPPEN TO IT.
