Car Alarms: cobra alarm, cobra alarm, immobiliser

Hi I have a volkswagon polo with a cobra alarm system 7910 is on the siren body.Since the battery went flat the alarm sounds off every time I connect the battery now I have recharged it.I cant find any reset button or led light anywhere and have no paperwork/manual with it.Also is this system an immobiliser aswell ? please can you help
