the thing is every 30 mins or maybe 45 mins the alarm goes on. i don't know what is the problem. but the rest of the features of the remote starter are woking great just this false alarm. really need help. thank you

Ok 2 things to check.
1. the door trigger is positive.
Make sure the door trigger wire you use is correct,
and only use the (+) possitive. Clip the (-} neg trigger.

2. turn off or down the shock sensor.

Check and reset these 2 items, and
let me know if it corrects the issue.
