Car Alarms: easy but diff...., true friend, vw golf

QUESTION: Hi.I need UR help please. I can UN/lock my VW golf with the remote key but I cant unlock the lock door with the actual key because the alarm goes off. that means that i have to use the remote only( the led indicator doesnt blink when the door is lock). I really appreciate that.
ANSWER: ?  I am not sure what this question is about.  Unlocking from the remote should disarm the alarm.  Unlocking with the key in the door should also disarm the alarm.

QUESTION: that is true friend but the key can not disarm it. that means if i open the door with the key instead of remote the alarm goes off and start making sound.

I would suggest posting this question to a VW specific forum, as this sounds to me as if the factory alarm brain is faulty.  You could also take the vehicle to a dealership for repair.  Try posting it to http://forums.vwvortex.com/ first to see if anyone there can help.
