Car Alarms: valet code, installation forum, rocker switch

Hi there i have just purchased a new car with a clifford concept 50x alarm it works perfectly but i was not provided with the valet code, this work off a rocker switch and i have tried the factory setting code which i belive is set at no.2
Is there a reset i can perform if so how do i go about it, if not where do i go from here any info you can provide will be of a very big help
