Car Alarms: car wont start, car wont start, degree weather

How can I get rid of my alarm. After 7 degree weather car alarm is disabling my car I cannot get it out of the kill mode. I have tried the switch under dash but nothing works.

You have to unhook it. It probably has a starter kill relay tied into either the starter or ignition wire. You can locate the brain and follow the wires from it to where they are connected remove and tape up any exposed wire. If any wires are cut in half which will be because of thie relay you will need to reatach them.
