Car Alarms: Avital 2300 wont disengage, will need adobe reader, valet mode

I have a 2002 Honda accord.  It came with an aftermarket Avital 2300(I think that's the model, and i bought the car used.).  It won't disarm now, I've replaced the battery in the remote.  I'm pretty sure the car battery is fine, and I can set the alarm off.  I just need to disarm it so I can get into my car, start it, and go about my day.  What should I do?

To disarm your system without a remote you would need to put the system into valet mode.  If you take a look at page 10 in your owner's manual it explains how to put the system in valet mode.  You can find your owner's manual here:
